Business Identity & Trade Name Disclosure

All transactions, agreements, obligations, and legal responsibilities arising from the use of SAP-Algo services are entered into directly with the individual owner/operator behind this trade name. The use of the name "SAP-Algo Technologies" is solely for the purpose of business identification and brand recognition, and does not imply or create any form of separate legal personality or corporate status.

Definitions & Scope

This Terms and Conditions document ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding contract between SAP-Algo Technologies (a trade name, hereinafter referred to as "We", "Us", "Provider", or "SAP-Algo") and any individual or entity ("User", "Subscriber", "Customer") who accesses, registers for, or uses SAP-Algo services through the website www.sapalgo.com.

Key Definitions:

• "Service" — all products, subscriptions, tools, digital content, and support provided through www.sapalgo.com.
• "EA" (Expert Advisor) — automated algorithmic trading software designed for MetaTrader 4/5 platforms.
• "DOKU" — PT Nusa Satu Inti Artha, a payment gateway service provider licensed by Bank Indonesia for processing electronic payment transactions in Indonesia.
• "CoinPayments" — a third-party cryptocurrency payment processing service used for accepting cryptocurrency payments.
• "Subscription" — a time-limited license granting the User access to use the EA product.
• "Personal Data" — any data relating to an identified or identifiable individual, as defined under applicable Indonesian data protection laws.

By making a payment, registering, or using our services, the User expressly confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms set forth in this document.

Product & Service Description

SAP-Algo Technologies provides the following digital products and services:

• Expert Advisor (EA) Algorithmic Trading — automated software for MetaTrader 4/5 that performs market analysis and trade execution based on proprietary algorithms developed by SAP-Algo.
• Subscription License — time-based access to use the EA for the selected subscription period (1 Month, 3 Months, 6 Months, or 12 Months).
• Management Panel — access to the EA performance monitoring dashboard, backtest reports, and parameter configuration interface.
• Technical Support — assistance with EA installation, configuration, and usage via Telegram, Discord, and email.

All products are digital products delivered electronically. No physical goods will be shipped or delivered.

Payment Terms

Payment Gateway: SAP-Algo uses DOKU (PT Nusa Satu Inti Artha) as its primary payment gateway for processing payments in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). DOKU is a payment service provider licensed and supervised by Bank Indonesia (BI). All IDR transactions are securely processed through the DOKU payment system.

Available Payment Methods (via DOKU):

• Bank Transfer / Virtual Account (BCA, BNI, BRI, Mandiri, Permata, CIMB Niaga, and others)
• QRIS (all digital wallet and banking applications supporting QRIS standard)
• e-Wallet (OVO, Dana, ShopeePay, LinkAja)
• Credit / Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, JCB)
• Convenience Store (Alfamart, Indomaret)
• Online Banking and other payment channels available through the DOKU platform

Pricing and Billing Terms:

• All prices displayed on the website are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include applicable taxes (VAT/PPN) as required by Indonesian tax law.
• Payment must be completed within the time limit displayed on the payment page. Unpaid invoices that exceed the time limit will be automatically cancelled.
• The User agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting SAP-Algo support for resolution.
• SAP-Algo reserves the right to change prices with prior notice of at least 7 (seven) days.
• A valid payment receipt or confirmation from DOKU shall serve as proof of transaction.

Cryptocurrency Payment Terms

Cryptocurrency Payment Processor: SAP-Algo uses CoinPayments as a third-party payment processor for accepting cryptocurrency payments. CoinPayments enables secure and transparent digital asset transactions.

Accepted Cryptocurrencies:

• USDT (Tether) via TRC-20 (TRON Network)
• Bitcoin (BTC)
• Ethereum (ETH)
• Solana (SOL)
• Litecoin (LTC)
• Other cryptocurrencies may be available as listed on the CoinPayments checkout page.

Cryptocurrency Payment Terms:

• Cryptocurrency prices are displayed in USD equivalent and converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of invoice creation by CoinPayments.
• The User is solely responsible for ensuring the correct amount is sent to the correct wallet address within the payment timeframe.
• Blockchain transaction fees (gas/network fees) are the sole responsibility of the User and are not included in the displayed price.
• Payments are confirmed upon receiving the required number of blockchain confirmations as determined by CoinPayments.
• SAP-Algo is not responsible for any losses arising from incorrect wallet addresses, insufficient network fees, or failed blockchain transactions caused by the User.
• Refunds for cryptocurrency payments (if applicable) will be processed in the original cryptocurrency at the amount received, not at the original USD or IDR equivalent.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund Exceptions: A refund may only be considered under the following limited circumstances:

• The digital product was not delivered or could not be activated within 3 × 24 hours after successful payment, and the technical team is unable to resolve the issue.
• A duplicate/double payment has been verified by the payment system (DOKU or CoinPayments) and confirmed by SAP-Algo.
• A technical error on the Provider's side causes the product to be completely non-functional and cannot be remedied.

Refund Request Process:

• Submit a written request to support@sapalgo.com with your order number, proof of payment, and a detailed description of the issue.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of payment.
• Requests will be reviewed and processed within 3–7 business days.
• Approved refunds for IDR payments will be returned via the original payment method through DOKU within 7–14 business days.
• Approved refunds for cryptocurrency payments will be processed in the original cryptocurrency at the amount received.
• SAP-Algo reserves the right to refuse a refund if the User has already used, downloaded, or activated the digital product.

Non-Refundable Situations:

• The User changed their mind after purchase.
• The User experiences trading losses while using the EA.
• The User's broker or trading platform is incompatible or restricted.
• The User fails to follow the installation/configuration guide provided.
• The subscription period has already expired.

Digital Product Delivery

Once payment is confirmed by DOKU or CoinPayments, license activation is processed automatically:

• The EA license key and download link will be sent to the registered email address within 5–15 minutes after payment confirmation.
• Activation information is also accessible via the User's account on the SAP-Algo website.
• If the license has not been received within 30 minutes, the User must contact support via email or Telegram.
• The license key is uniquely generated for each transaction and bound to a specific MetaTrader account number.

SAP-Algo is not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect email address entered by the User during registration.

Terms of Use

By using SAP-Algo services, the User represents, warrants, and agrees that they:

• Are at least 18 years of age and have the full legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
• Will use the product solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Will not share, resell, sublicense, rent, or distribute the EA license to any third party.
• Will not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works from the EA software.
• Understand and fully accept the inherent risks associated with forex and algorithmic trading.
• Are solely responsible for all trading decisions, configurations, and outcomes from using this EA.
• Will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction regarding financial trading and digital products.
• Will provide accurate and truthful information during registration and payment.

Trading Risk Disclaimer

The User understands, acknowledges, and agrees that:

• Past results and backtests do not guarantee future performance.
• The User may lose some or all of the capital invested.
• SAP-Algo Technologies is not a financial advisor, broker, or money manager.
• The EA is a software tool only. All trading outcomes are solely the User's responsibility.
• Market conditions, spreads, execution speeds, and slippage can significantly impact results.
• Users are advised to consult a licensed financial advisor before trading.
• Only trade with funds you can afford to lose entirely.

Privacy & Data Security

SAP-Algo is committed to protecting User privacy in accordance with applicable regulations, including Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP):

• Data Collected: name, email address, phone number (if provided), transaction data, IP address, browser information, and service usage data.
• Purpose: order processing, license activation, service communications, customer support, fraud prevention, and quality improvement.
• Security: data is stored on encrypted servers with industry-standard security measures. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
• Payment Data Sharing: transaction data is shared with DOKU and/or CoinPayments strictly for payment processing and verification.
• Data Retention: personal data is retained for the duration necessary to fulfill its purposes, including legal and compliance obligations.
• User Rights: Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data by contacting support@sapalgo.com.

Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & Know Your Customer (KYC)

SAP-Algo is committed to complying with applicable AML regulations and preventing illicit use of financial services:

• SAP-Algo reserves the right to request additional identity verification (KYC) when deemed necessary, particularly for high-value transactions or suspicious activity.
• Users must provide accurate and truthful personal information during registration and payment.
• SAP-Algo may refuse, suspend, or terminate service to any User suspected of money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or other illegal activities.
• SAP-Algo may report suspicious activities to relevant Indonesian authorities, including PPATK (Indonesian Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre), as required by law.
• Users must not use SAP-Algo services to launder money or process proceeds from illegal activities.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, algorithms, software code, designs, trademarks, logos, and materials available through SAP-Algo are the exclusive intellectual property of SAP-Algo Technologies (as a trade name) and its owner, protected by Indonesian copyright law and international IP agreements.

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Copying, modifying, decompiling, or reverse-engineering the EA in whole or in part.
• Distributing, selling, sublicensing, or sharing the license with any other party.
• Using the SAP-Algo name, logo, or brand without prior written authorization.
• Creating derivative works based on SAP-Algo products.
• Removing or altering proprietary notices within the EA software.

Violations may result in immediate termination without refund and legal action.

Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from using SAP-Algo services for:

• Illegal activities, fraud, market manipulation, money laundering, or terrorist financing.
• Spreading false or defamatory information about SAP-Algo.
• Exploiting the service for unauthorized advantages.
• Unauthorized access to SAP-Algo systems, servers, or source code.
• Sharing accounts or license credentials with another person.
• Using automated bots or scrapers to access the website without authorization.
• Interfering with or disrupting SAP-Algo services or infrastructure.

Violations will result in immediate and permanent account termination without refund and may result in legal proceedings.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SAP-Algo Technologies and its owner shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses from using the EA, including loss of trading capital.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Service disruptions due to force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, internet failures, cyberattacks, etc.).
• Failures of third-party brokers, trading platforms, payment processors, or blockchain networks.
• Losses from incorrect EA configuration or failure to follow provided guidelines.
• Losses due to market changes, regulatory actions, or broker policy changes.

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

Service & Price Changes

SAP-Algo reserves the right to make changes to its services, features, and pricing:

• Price changes will be announced at least 7 days before taking effect.
• Active subscribers will not be affected by price increases until their current period ends.
• Feature changes and EA updates may be made at any time as part of ongoing quality improvements.
• SAP-Algo reserves the right to discontinue any service with 30 days' prior notice.

Changes to these Terms will be communicated via registered email and by updating this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, including:

• Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection
• Law No. 11 of 2008 on Electronic Information and Transactions (ITE), as amended by Law No. 1 of 2024
• Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP)
• Bank Indonesia Regulations on Payment Transaction Processing
• Relevant OJK (Financial Services Authority) regulations
• Government Regulation No. 71 of 2019 on Electronic System Administration (PP PSTE)
• Law No. 8 of 2010 on Prevention and Eradication of Money Laundering

Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the competent District Court in Indonesia.
